The location of the hotel is ideal. The walls between rooms were very thin. Sockets didn't work and room service was expensive. |

Staff were extremely helpful, and it's very near the tram for access to the city and it's in easy walking distance to the beaches. I thought the cost of breakfast was far too expensive. As a result we either had breakfast at the mall opposite, or in the city, or on the beach. All other options were far cheaper than the hotel. The pool is also tiny, it looks much bigger on the photographs, so I wouldn't reccomend this hotel if you are wanting to spend lots of time by the pool. |

The hotel was near the metro and the beach, easy to access to the city center and the jaccouzi at the hotel. |

The staff's kindness, the frigo-bar gratis, the sauna and hydromassage gratis. The metro and tram very near at the hotel. The room's furniture was minimal, modern and warm. The acustic isolation from the other room was perfect. The clean of the room was very good. Too much noise from the outside, even if we had a sea side room at the 21° floor. Inside the room was quite hot (probably the type of the window is not correct). Too noise from the air-conditioning inside the room. |
