Rent, fräscht o välskött, trevlig personal. Inte mycket. Dom informerade inte om spa avdelningen när vi checkade in, utan det fick vi höra sista dagen när vi checkade ut. |

Everyone very helpful and friendly, very central. No area to place toiletries, and plug for bath difficult to use, also no milk for coffee, but great stay. Thank you |

I really enjoyed the friendly and personal time that the staff took in getting my room ready for me once I arrived in Barcelona. For a new hotel that has been only open several months, the service is fairly fast and efficent. |

The staff was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and very professional. Best staff I've seen in a long time .. from the manager, to the front desk, to the front door, to the porter ... all top notch .. made the stay!! .. Very quiet and comfortable Rather than provide normal five star amenities in room a card instructing you to call if you wanted anything was provided. Not convienient, not five star quality. Modern bathrooms are nice but really lacck a place to set travel toiletries |
