This recently opened hotel boasts an excellent location, allowing you to reach many of Madrid’s major attractions on foot and conveniently located for public transport links.

The hotel’s central location means guests can effortlessly reach spots such as Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, the cathedral, El Rastro flea market and Atocha train station. Atlético Madrid’s Calderón stadium is just an 8-minute walk away. In addition the hotel is just 150 metres from the Puerta de Toledo metro and there is straightforward road access to the M-30 road.

In the immediate surroundings of the hotel you will be spoilt for choice for restaurants and traditional taverns and tapas bars.

Its just such a good hotel and close to the centre of Madrid

No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms

Friendly staff ! Nice hotel, clean room ! Free wifi at room. Just a little bit "far" a way from city center. Only 10 min by feet, but last time i stayed only with 2 min from city center, so for me this was "far" ;-)

It was very centrally located, The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite.

The residents bar closing so early as we had children with us and returned each night early and would have liked to have had a drink maybe in the bar or in our room.

The location was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel and room were lovely and modern.

This is a minor complaint and did not inconvenience me, but my traveling companion was very bothered that the shower drain did not work properly.

While we asked for and got a non smoking the corridor on our floor always carried a striong smell of cigarettes that entered our room - also the hotel cafe premitted smoking. This lack of clean air unacceptable in a european establishment

good location, 2 min to metro, 15 min walk to plaza mayor, free wifi, the receiptionist let us check in 7 am just said "it's too early". haha, thanks.

Most friendly hotel staff I have ever ran across!

Air Condition wasn't working but didn't really pose no problem due to cool nights. We never bothered to say anything and was comfable with window open.

The location was excellent, quiet room, clean.

It's a basic hotel, we stayed 3 nights so if you are looking for a basic hotel that's clean then it's fine. Had no view but we did not stay in
