The rooftop bar has a tremendous view of the cathedral. Close to all the attractions. Parking (18 euros per day)and breakfast (18 euros per day)was expensive. |

Hotel is noisy as there is open lobby, and noise travels up, also tiles on floor, so could hear neighbours walking, and all other noises Staff very unhelpful, we asked for a quieter room, and they were very unhelpful |

well situated, designwise very nice, they have a nespresso coffee machine ;) price for parking & breakfast to expensive, no free internet, the welcome package was missing and although we complained nothing changed, some things in the bathroom should have been repaired, which wasn't done, some tv programms were frozen during our stay, |

Good location and very helpful staff We were upgraded to a suite but the soundproofing was inadequate and we were kept awake at night with noise from upstairs |

Staff ,Location and Hotel were wonderful - My only criticism is the curious method to reach our room which meant using a lift with a walk down the corridor to reach another lift. But that is all. |

In the hotel we enjoyed the public spaces eg inner & outer courtyards, also the gallery corridors to the courtyard rooms. The breakfast room was stunning, the breakfast sumptious but pricie. Temperatures in the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were a delight and endlessly helpful |

I believe the hotel overcharged me for sending postcards to the U.S. Every other hotel I stayed at charged me 78 Euros per postcard. Your hotel charged me much more. |
